Hey everyone!

Since our Kickstarter campaign a little over a month ago, all of us at Vufine have been working hard to get our product fine-tuned and ready to be shipped out to our first backers.

We are also proud to announce that we will have an exhibit at the InterDrone Conference at the Rio Las Vegas Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 9-11! We know that many of our backers are drone users, and we are looking forward to meeting drone enthusiasts new and old who are excited about using Vufine.

In anticipation for the event, we have been doing extensive testing with drones to ensure that Vufine is the exact product that our backers are looking forward to using.

Just last week, we decided to hook up Vufine to our DJI Phantom 2 drone using an iPhone 5 as the camera control on a beautiful day in sunny California to see if the screen could handle being used outdoors.

We are happy to report that that we found no problems using Vufine outside. We did notice, however, that wearing a baseball cap should give the user maximum screen clearness. We also saw that there were no problems with using Vufine with neither sunglasses nor regular glasses.

For our drone enthusiasts, we saw no problems with dialing focus, and we were able to keep a direct line of sight with the drone while also being able to see a first person view through Vufine.

Overall, we had a lot of fun testing Vufine with our drone and we can’t wait to show it off at InterDrone!
