Vufine 90 Day Limited Warranty

What Does This Warranty Cover?

Vufine warrants the Vufine product and accessories contained in the original packaging against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Vufine’s published guidelines for a period of ninety (90) days from the original ship date from Vufine to the end-user purchaser.

Please note: All claims made under the Vufine 90-day Limited Warranty will be governed by the terms set out in this warranty document.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This Warranty does not apply to any non-Vufine branded hardware products or any software. Vufine does not warrant that the operation of our product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Vufine is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Vufine’s use.

This Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports; (c) to damage caused by use with another product; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the Vufine outside Vufine’s published guidelines; (f) to a Vufine product that has been modified or opened to alter functionality or capability, or (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Vufine.

How to Obtain Warranty Service?

Vufine products are engineered not to need service or repair. In the rare case you have problems with the unit, please review the instructions in the manual and the troubleshooting/FAQ sections of the website before seeking warranty service. If the Vufine still does not function correctly, please contact us at +1 844-6VUFINE (+1 844 – 6883463 ) or email us at support@vufine.com to discuss the issues you are having with the product. A Vufine representative will work with you to troubleshoot the problem.

If we determine the issue warrants a replacement, Vufine will issue a Return Authorization # (RA #). You will need to send us your Vufine with the RA # in a protective package (original packaging or similar). Postage is to be paid for by the sender. If you seek warranty from outside of the United States, you will comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and be responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges. Vufine will send you a replacement free of charge.

Important – Do not open the Vufine Product. Opening the product will cause damage and void your warranty. If you ship us the Vufine for warranty and we determine you have opened the product, Vufine will contact you about the Void of Warranty. We will ship it back to you.
