I've searched about on various websites and cannot find such a cable. I was happy to see Vufine's additions of microHDMI to microHDMI, etc... cables. Any chance of making an MHL micro-micro variant?

Great question! Currently, we do not have plans to create and sell this cable. It is a more difficult cable to find. We usually point users towards the MHL to Micro USB adapters such as this one:
